Re: PIN Numbers and Template References

We have found that creating a new user PIN number with the use of a Template Reference deletes the Administrator PIN number one (1).

It is advised, when creating a new user PIN number, to continue choosing "Create" and "Enter New Details” rather than "Reference a Template".

Do not create a template reference until this situation is resolved.
