The Licensing File is located in the Data directory with the SLG database.  It is the first level of security you will encounter when working with RIMAS NT/P.  This file contains your company information, serial number, user limit, user count, a list of licensed modules and a list of authorized computers/ networks.  Any modification to this file is done in the Licensing task.

The Licensing task in the Administration module is where the RIMAS NT/P system is activated.  The first time that you run RIMAS NT/P you will receive a licensing error.  At this point you will need to call an SLG technician to receive your unlock code.  There are two numbers that you will need to give them:  a Code Entry and a Computer Number.  These appear on the licensing screen.

An SLG representative will give you an authorization number or Enter Code.  Type this in to begin working with RIMAS NT/P.  Each workstation will also have its own authorization number to run RIMAS NT/P.

Other times that you will need to call SLG for authorization are for activating optional modules that have been purchased or for licensing additional users.
