Re: Sale Contracts Purge/Close

RIMAS NT/P has a Purge/Close contracts program in the Sale Contracts module that will delete or close all designated sale contracts. Make sure that any contract that is marked for purging is backed up so that it will be available for future reference.

Contracts can be sorted by Contract Group or Contract Type codes and also by the Contract Origination Date or Completion Date to prepare them to be purged. Any contracts that have the status of closed, open or hold can be deleted or purged.

After selecting criteria, then clicking OK a confirmation screen appears. This gives the user an opportunity to verify or cancel the action. When the purging or closing process begins, the user will be able to see all contract numbers that are affected flash past in the processing window.
