Re: Changing Your Search Criteria

RIMAS NT/P provides two ways for the user to look for an account/record. One way is by the account that is setup and the other is by a Name Key. To change the search criteria from one to the other position the mouse on any RIMAS NT/P menu or program screen and right-click.

A list of options will appear. There is a Configure option at the bottom. Click on this. The next screen has check boxes and radio buttons. There are radio buttons next to Name Key and Account. Click on one to determine how your records will be sorted when accessing them in RIMAS NT/P.
